Closed shoes are required
Only footwear with a fixed heel is allowed on the course. Flip-flops, slide sandals and bare feet are not. This is the most common reason a child is turned away at the entrance.

A short list worth reading before you arrive: it saves time at the entrance and explains why some of it is not up for discussion.

Height is measured at the entrance
From 100 cm for the starter level, from 120 cm for the main level. Weight up to 60 kg. It takes half a minute and happens before the harness is issued.
An adult on site for children under 8
The accompanying adult must be in the park but does not have to go on the course. The whole route is visible from the café area.
Briefing before the route
Ten minutes on the ground, on a practice section: how to move, how to clip in, what to do if you get scared. Nobody goes up without it.
Tie hair back, take jewellery off
Long hair in a ponytail; hoop earrings and chains are better left at home — they catch on the netting and the harness.
Bring water
It is hot even in the shade in Phuket. There is drinking water in the café, but a bottle on you is easier.

What you must not do
Instructors go through these before the start. They are collected here so you can talk them through with your child at home.
Never unclip at height
The carabiner only comes off on the ground, and only by an instructor. This is the park’s central rule and the one whose breach ends a visit.
One child per element
Two children never share an obstacle. Waiting on the platform is part of the route.
No pushing or shaking elements under others
It looks harmless and it is how most minor injuries actually happen.
Not straight after eating
Give a child twenty minutes after a big lunch — otherwise the activity ends badly.
Don’t bring a child who is unwell
A temperature, a cough or a rash is a reason to move the visit. We reschedule without questions.
Under-8s are never left without an adult
The instructor watches the route but does not replace a parent on site.
Weather
If it rains
The courses close while it rains: wet elements are not safe. Children move to the covered playroom and chill zone and go back on the route when it stops.
If the courses stay closed for more than an hour we move the visit to any other day or refund the ticket in full. Arrange it on WhatsApp — no need to come in.
